What are Worcester Fitness Club Hours
Monday – Friday: 5 AM – 8 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7 AM – 4 PM
Do you offer outdoor classes?
Yes. While daylight and weather allow, we offer outdoor classes in our back parking lot. You may view the schedule and sign up for classes by clicking here. Please register for classes using your MindBody app, or by calling. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you are not able to attend.
Do you have indoor group exercise classes?
Do you have water fitness classes?
Yes. Pool classes will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30 am-11:15 am. Our schedule can be found here.
Do you have lap swimming in your pool.
Yes, by reservation only. We are able to offer lap swimming or general lane usage in 45-minute intervals. Lane reservation is required and a cleansing shower prior to entering the pool. Click here to reserve your lane. (You can also access this from our appointment section of the MindBody App
Can I use the strength areas, weight rooms, etc.?
Yes, Strength Training rooms are available.
Private Strength Areas: We offer 2 private rooms with a variety of strength, cardio, functional training, and flexibility equipment. Equipment must be wiped down before and after usage, and a final spray of disinfecting solution must be applied and left to dry.
Can I book a massage?
Yes, By appointment with one of our three licensed massage therapists. Contact Steve@worcesterfitness to book your appointment. Appointments may also be made at the front desk.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes, Personal Training is available by appointment. Email email@example.com to schedule your training sessions. Appointments may also be made at the front desk.
Do you offer child care to members?
Not at this time. We hope to be able to open our kid’s room at a later date.

How do I change my billing information?

How do I change user name and password in the Member portal?

How do I cancel my membership?
All cancellations must be done at Worcester Fitness with a club manager, via registered or certified mail, via phone at 508-852-8209, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I redeem a Worcester Fitness Gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed to pay for any eligible service or program at Worcester Fitness.
Does my gift card ever expire?
A purchased Worcester Fitness Gift Card has no expiration date, service charges, or dormancy fees. A complimentary Worcester Fitness Gift Card must be used within 90 days of issuance and is non-transferable.
