Our fitness classes are all about safety, results, getting a great workout, and fun. Classes of all types for all levels. You’ll have the time of your life while getting in incredible shape!
Our Instructors are given the rare freedom to create their group classes using their own unique styles, personalities, class formats, and above all music! Worcester Fitness features an all-star line-up of Group Fitness instructors who pride themselves on leading classes perfect for beginners and experts alike.
Group classes at Worcester Fitness are included with all membership types. Pre-enroll for each class by using the club’s MindBody app or simply sign-up at the front desk. Choose any class in any of our studios, and begin to enjoy fitness in a brand new way!
