2020 has been a year full of difficult challenges. Many have let the stress of 2020 negatively impact our health. We’re offering a unique opportunity to take back control of your health during the last part of 2020. You’ll then enter 2021 ready for any and all life sends our way. Join this exclusive group as we Commit To Be Fit!

You’ll get exclusive leadership from a team of motivating, highly trained certified personal trainers who’ll guide you through the 6-week program. There will be an emphasis on fitness and nutrition.

You’ll have a mix of in-person classes and meetings, online support and the overall energy from the team of coaches and other participants working together to be fit. Teams will be limited to 15 people to ensure personalized attention is available to each member of your team.

InBody 570 assessment (one of our most popular features) accurately measures your body composition in less than 45 seconds and prints out a results sheet that lists out your body composition components, tracking your progress over time.

Lifestyle Questionnaire
Includes three long and short-term goals-emotional, behavioral and physical.

Target Heart Rate Zones
Utilizing regression formula
208 – (0.7 x age), 65-75%, 76 – 85%, 86 – 95%

Static Postural Assessment
Evaluating kinetic chain checkpoints.

Movement Assessments
Overhead Squat Assessment
Davies Test 
Step-up Test
(2 minutes, 12” step or record the risers you stack, count total amount of steps during 2 minutes)
