Located at 440 Grove Street, Worcester MA 01605, Worcester Fitness is an award-winning, 30,000 square foot, multi-purpose, family health club featuring a heated, indoor swimming pool.

The strength and endurance that you've wanted your entire life is waiting for you.

Train like a Spartan! This program will test you both mentally and physically. One thing we can guarantee is that you’ll know more about your body’s capacity for strength and endurance than you’ve ever known in your life! Saturday AND Monday sessions.

Crunch & Punch

Get in shape like a boxer without all the broken noses and headaches!

Crunch & Punch is designed using proven training methods for boxers and MMA athletes. High volume core training combined with endurance punching. Thursday nights, 6-7 PM. Limited to 6 participants.
