Kardio Tots Ages 15 months-2 years
A creative movement class for Moms (and Dads too) with their little ones who love to sing and dance.

Kardio Kids I Ages 3 and 4
An exciting new program in which students warm-up, tumble, and dance to many of their favorite songs. Through the use of props, children learn creative movements, rhythm and coordination.

Zumba For Kids! Ages 6-9
Latin styled dance with plenty of fun and fitness!

A fun, yet structured class that will introduce your child to basic dance steps. This energetic workout will also increase strength and flexibility.

An upbeat class that is put to today’s music. Everyone will learn some fun, funky street dancing!
