could secure an aircraft carrier to a dock with ease.

Well, you may want to spend a little time working with these seemingly maritime in nature items…they will give you an amazing workout!

Ideally, a Personal Trainer is coaching you through a comprehensive strength and conditioning workout with the ropes. That way, you can be secure in knowing that not only are you working hard but you’re working smart! Generally speaking, functional training methods like the ropes, stability balls, dyna-disks, etc. put you in an advanced state of positioning that may require some “spotting” or stability reinforcement. That’s where your trainer comes in.
